That means you could see the same downturned hood, low-slung grille, and signature LED lighting and headlights that adorn the RX Vision’s front end. It may be high wheel arches and silky-smooth body lines that you’ll find on the 2019 Mazda3. And like previous models, a hatchback and sedan variant will likely be available. Don’t count out the possibility of a 2019 Mazda3 fastback, much like the current one you’d find in European markets.

What About Under the Hood?
Fittingly, the next-generation 2019 Mazda3 would most likely be fitted with a next-generation engine, Mazda’s SKYACTIV-X gasoline engine. Wondering what it’s all about? It’s a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s completely different than SKYACTIV-G technology. With 14.0 to 1 compression, it’s expected to produce 188 horsepower and 170 lb.-ft. of torque.
Not only is the SKYACTIV-X engine more powerful, but it burns cleaner and more efficiently.

It’s all speculation so far, but you can rest assured the 2019 Mazda3 will have the most driver-assistive technologies and in-vehicle options to date.
